Logo & Wordmark

The Marbury Wordmark

Marbury currently uses a typographic wordmark, "Marbury Court Reporting," set in Cormorant Garamond. Use the charcoal or ink wordmark on light cream backgrounds, and a cream or gold wordmark on charcoal and oxblood backgrounds, always with clear space around it. When a dedicated logo file is provided, it will replace the wordmark in the header, footer, favicon, and social-share image.

Typography

Cormorant Garamond & Lato

Headlines and display type are set in Cormorant Garamond, a high-contrast serif that reads as established and precise. Body copy, labels, and interface text use Lato, a clean humanist sans that stays legible at small sizes and long measures. Keep to three heading tiers: a display size for hero headlines, a section size for band headings, and a title size for cards and clause labels. Do not introduce a fourth bespoke size.

One System, Every Page

Applying these tokens consistently is what keeps the Marbury site looking like a single, considered brand.
